What does ECO LED specialise in?
Energy-efficient LED lighting for commercial and industrial facilities. We assess the building, secure the utility incentive, install the fixtures and controls with licensed electricians, and verify the work for the utility afterwards.
How much does an assessment cost?
Nothing. A technician walks the facility, counts the fixtures and reports what the building currently spends on lighting, what it would spend after an upgrade, and which utility programs it qualifies for. There is no obligation attached to the report.
How can the upgrade cost little to nothing?
Utility energy-efficiency programs pay incentives for removing inefficient equipment. Depending on the territory, the measure and the facility, those incentives can cover a large share of the project cost. BGE's small business route, for example, covers up to 85 percent, and Pepco covers up to 70 percent of total project cost for facilities under 100 kW of demand. We tell you the real net figure for your building before you commit to anything.
Which utilities do you work with?
PECO in southeastern Pennsylvania, JCP&L and Atlantic City Electric in New Jersey, BGE and Pepco in Maryland, and both halves of the Delaware Energy Efficiency Investment Fund. We handle eligibility, documentation, pre-approval and post-installation verification directly with the program.
What warranty do the products carry?
Products carry a 5-year warranty from the product installation date or the invoice date and installation workmanship carries 1 year. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are published on our warranty page rather than kept in a drawer.
