We work across the Mid-Atlantic. The utility that serves your address decides which program funds the work, so that is the first thing we check.

Warehouses, light industrial units, offices, medical practices and retail across PECO's southeastern Pennsylvania territory. PECO publishes its incentive rates per kilowatt hour saved, so a well-specified retrofit is worth measurably more here than a rushed one.
The state splits between two programs. JCP&L BizSolutions covers the north and centre, Atlantic City Electric covers the south, and both require pre-approval before equipment is purchased. We hold every New Jersey project until the offer letter is in hand.
EmPOWER Maryland pays a share of the total project cost rather than a rate per fixture, which makes Maryland one of the strongest territories we work in. BGE covers Baltimore and the centre of the state, Pepco covers Montgomery and Prince George's counties.
Delaware funds efficiency work through one fund split in two by whether the organisation pays the Public Utility Tax. DNREC administers the commercial and industrial half, Energize Delaware the schools, local government and non-profit half. Both cap at $250,000 per address per calendar year.
