The technical side of a lighting retrofit is not the hard part. How we work
Our turnkey approach
From the first property walk to the utility sign-off, one team owns the project. Nothing is handed off and nothing falls between two contractors.
Facility assessment
We count and log every fixture, record mounting heights, run hours and existing wattages, and measure the light levels you actually have.
Program coordination
We identify the qualifying measures, prepare the application and hold the project until written pre-approval is issued by the utility.
Professional installation
Licensed electricians install to manufacturer instructions and code, working nights, weekends or holidays where the operation needs it.
Utility verification
We complete the post-installation verification the program requires, which is the step that decides whether the incentive is paid.
Ongoing support
Warranty documentation handed over at completion, and a maintained-service option where we keep the fixtures running at no further cost.
Measured result
You get the before and after consumption in writing, so the saving is a number on a bill rather than a promise on a proposal.
